The Company’s WANG-TIEN FACTORY Area is located in the Dadu District Zhonghe Village. Since the building of the factory, through regular visits to the village chief, community development association’s chairperson, religious leaders and so on, the Company actively communicates with the nearby residents and listens to local voices. In terms of the environment, we adhere to the air and wastewater emission standards set by the competent authority to avoid adverse impacts from our operations on the community. In the social aspect, we actively participate in community activities, safety, and security, greening and landscaping, and provide care to neighboring schools or communities, contributing to the development and assistance of the local community and striving to be a good neighbor in the area.
The external stakeholders’ communications procedures and principles have been established. The Environmental Engineer Department, Work Safety Department, General Affairs Department and various responsible unit will be responsible for the information acceptance and improvements.

Through communications with the communities in recent years, the Company’s subsequent responses to the operation activities are as follows:
- Reduce factory operation volume in late night. All material preparations and the use of forklift must be completed before 10 pm to avoid disturbing the sleep of the community residents.
- Advocate to the vendors and visitors to park their vehicles at the dedicated parking lot cooperating with the road boundary line drawn up outside of the factory area to avoid roadside parking from affecting the vehicles of the community residents from entering and exiting.
- Change the inspection method to active patrol inspection from the original passive inspection after appealing. Each day, the on-shift manager will patrol inspect at regular times for active discovery and automatic repair, to effectively reduce appeal frequency from residents.
- Conduct odor control for the production process, strictly control the odor diffused during manufacturing. Through the weekly QHSE audit improvements and energy saving waste reduction meeting, review and discuss manufacturing improvement plans and energy saving waste reduction countermeasures.
