Environmental Management

The Company began to implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities since 2005. With 6S as the foundation and using QC method to strengthen corporate internal management making improvements in the various aspects of the corporate in management, environment, safety and energy savings. The goal is to lower production cost and environmental pollution providing employees a work environment that is comfortable and safe. The Chairperson acts as the Head of Promotion Committee, and the General Manager acts as the Promotion Committee member. The official name “Sinon-Productive- Management SNPM” was given in 2008. It means production management of Sinon. The management approach of SNPM activities is “Make it a habit to find the root cause and create competitiveness”. The management goal is “A safe and good neighbor with energy saving and carbon reduction practice”.

Since 2018, the Occupational Health and Safety Management Committee was combined with the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001), environmental management system (ISO14001), quality management system (ISO 9001) to form the “OH&S Committee and SNPM Promotion Committee”. The “Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management Policy” was established. These form the management culture of the Company. The Sinon management approach is based on the GMP Standard as foundation (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ/PV), and ISO systems as the structure, and the SMPM activities are used to realize our values. Through the integration of these three systems and SNPM (Sinon-Productive-Management) activities for a strong management system, enable the implementation of systemization of documents and forms and selfinspections.
