Major Resolutions of Board Meeting-2024.11.08

The Board meeting was held on November 8 2024. The following resolutions were made:

1. Approved Sinon and its subsidiaries’ consolidated financial statements of the 3rd quarter of 2024 .
2. Approved the Company's 2025 audit plan.
3. Approved the amendment to Procedures for Preparation and Certification of Sustainability Report.
4. Approved and formulate the proposal to Rules governing the management of sustainability information.
