Food Factory
Established in 1982, the Food Factory was not only selected as a manufacturer with outstanding hygiene, but also obtained Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) accreditation in 1998 to become the first modern lunch box manufacturer in Taiwan.
In addition to obtaining HACCP accreditation from the Ministry of Health and Welfare for the food deli central factory, our food supply center also received HACCP certification in 2015, so that potential hazards at various critical control points during the manufacturing process are analyzed and prevented to ensure the safety of the food supply chain.


The factory upholds the consistent principle of “hygiene first and service orientation”, and it has a team of exceptional nutritionists to design nutritionally balanced diversified menus. They are also responsible for developing new menus and a series of nutrition education courses that are designed to introduce the knowledge of nutrition to school campuses in order to help students establish the right awareness of a balanced diet.
Our professional food technicians and health management staff conduct online monitoring on an ongoing basis, forming a comprehensive quality assurance team by complying with Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) regulations. A team of chefs with Technician for Chinese Culinary Licenses are responsible for providing hygienic, nutritious, and delectable catering services.
The factory is dedicated to supply chain safety management and control, where the ideology of Food Safety First is adopted as the management guideline.
