wholly own subsidiary of Sinon. Syn-Tai involves in a whole range of activities starting from R&D to pilot scale to final
scale up manufacturing. It was founded in 1996. In October, 1998, a capital investment was initiated to build a plant.
By 2000, the main structure of the plant and its related equipment including a multi-functional batch operation synthesis
factory, a fermentation bio-chemical plant, a single step low temperature hydrogenation plant, a pilot plant and a small
batch production line and other related public infrastructures. Currently, the plant has already received permit for
production and is applying a permit for raw material importation. We are also actively pursuing certifications of GMP
standard and the US's FDA raw material and intermediates production.

the technicals. Our products include cardiac vascular, anti-fungal, anti-depression, cholesterol reduction, anti-cancer and
digestion medicines. The selection of technicals is mainly based on their ranking in the top 200 market consumption. In addition,
we are utilizing the key R&D technologies, our ability in production skills and market evaluation plus our strategic partnership
to develop advanced raw material with competitive edge, related intermediates, intermediates derived from other commercial products.
