¡@¡@The Management Division is the backbone and the administrative management center for Sinon Corporation and our
subsidiaries This division is divided into a management division a legal affairs division general manager's office,
and a secretarial department. The management division is further subdivided into a personnel department, an information
department, and a financial department. In addition, the legal affairs division is subdivided into the legal affairs office
and the general affairs department, while the general manager's office is subdivided into the administrative department and
the auditing department. These divisions handle three main elements of business administration in accordance to their
respective duties¡GPersonnel, capital, and management.
¡@¡@Personnel are recruited, trained, placed, promoted, and retained through the effective organization of human resources.
The establishment and improvement of the personnel system includes an integral education and training program, and the
progress measured by an implementation of a fair and unbiased performance evaluation.

investing a lot of capital in the computer devices. In management respects through the computer-networks procedures to
handle exactly the accounting affairs of SINON and its subsidiaries and provide the precise operational performances and
