A Brond And Long-Term View
The Management Concept For a Diversified Enterprise

Since the company was established in 1955, we have unceasingly diversified and expanded the scale of our operations from the production of pesticides to the production of fertilizers, special chemicals, plastics, concrete products, and food products. In addition, we have expanded into new businesses such as the supermarket operations, trading company, life insurance, and professional baseball.

With diversification, the managerial department took on a profit center system.  By employing a method for efficient delegation and a division of accountability to measure progress, we achieved increased sales and accomplished management objectives.

We strive to serve the people and to contribute to the society by providing security to the employees and by preaching social responsibility. The central concept of Sinon's business operations has always been honest and fair in realizing both profit and gain. Only when we provide security can we realize profit and gain that will ensure the company's continual operations.

With the enterprise's fleeting growth rate, it is essential to develop and train talents in the company. Systematic education, on-the-job training, and rotations have become the primary methods of cultivating future managers. Job training and rotation not only teach employees how to work, manage, and solve problems, but they also build creative and critical thinking skills to enable employees to adapt to diversity.

One of our unique management styles is to allow each business division to function independently. While the business divisions and the headquarters are independent, they still create a synergy and an overall efficient management infrastructure. Our company employs strict financial auditing, an honorable merit system, an open and fair personnel system, as well as an efficient computer management information system. These, combined with a persistent education and training program, form a solid foundation for present and future growth. To perpetuate Sinon's growth, we will speed up our entry into new industries and keep an entrepreneurial working environment for our talents. We want our employees to visualize globally.

We want to unify the employees and the company goals, so we can share and serve the same mission. In a broader sense, as Taiwan competes even more aggressively in the world, we are prepared to expand alongside and truly become a multinational corporation. This goal can only be achieved with a unified devotion from our employees, shareholders, and the society.
